Visitors will receive a warm welcome….the kettle is always on! The house was built at the turn of the 1900’s as a Mine Captains residence and is 0.25 miles from the South West Coast Path. The Queen Arms pub is 2 minutes walk away.

Approach the house via the tarmac drive. There is flat access into the house avoiding the steps at the front door. Just ring the bell for assistance. There are no steps inside the house and gallery. The garden is laid mostly to lawn which is flat.
