Working from her studio at the Lychgate, St Clement Church, Karen produces paintings that reflect the surrounding countryside.
The Lychgate Art Studio at St Clement Church has been an art exhibiting venue for the last 10 years since the Lychgate restoration. Situated at the entranceway to the beautiful 12th Century Church of St Clement, there are lovely walks from the river below towards Malpas if turning right and Tresillian if turning left.
Karen has been Artist in Residence at the Lychgate Studio for the past six years, working in watercolours, oils, acrylics and mixed media.

From the Truro Trafalgar Roundabout take the turning up St Clements Hill, with Dominos on your right as you turn up the hill. At the top of the hill take the right hand turning marked St Clement Church. Follow the road all the way down to the public toilets where there is road parking. Opposite the public toilets you can see St Clement Church. As you walk towards St Clement Church, you pass under the Lychgate Studio, turn left and up the stone steps to the Lychgate Studio.
