I’m thrilled to share that I’m diving into my first-ever Open Studio and look forward to welcoming you! After a recent move from London with my wife, I’ve established a design and painting studio on the South coastline of Cornwall in Looe. I have a creative background, having studied at Chelsea College of Art and gained a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design at UAL (University of the Arts London) and currently work within the Advertising Industry. As a break/balance from my commercial work, I’ve started to observe and sketch again…. trying to capture and recreate the beauty in what I see.
The instant I step outside, inspiration sweeps over me. Whether I’m capturing the untamed beauty of the coastline or the lively energy of a bustling harbour, I find joy in portraying my surroundings. I welcome the challenges, artistic conflicts, and the distinctive path my pen or brush leads me down. Recently, my creative exploration has gained momentum and has evolved into experimenting with oils, inks, acrylics, and larger formats. Although it’s early days, the journey has been incredibly exciting and rewarding for me.
I’ll be showcasing and offering a variety of budget-friendly sketches and paintings featuring my beautiful local surroundings. I’m also open to discussing any potential commissions you may have in mind.

Directions
By Car: Take Barbican Road from the B3253 and proceed until you reach Looe Primary School on the left at the corner of Hay Lane. Turn left onto Hay Lane and follow the sloped lane as it veers right. Chantry Lane will be on the left. Parking is allowed on Hay Lane. For closer parking to the Studio, continue down Chantry Lane; the Studio is located at the bottom.
There is parking available for 2 cars. You can call me for any enquiries you have.
On Foot: If you're coming from Looe, enjoy a scenic 15-minute walk along the South West Coast path. Starting at Sue King Arts studio, follow the coast path until you reach Dove Rock on Plaidy Lane. Proceed down the lane, and you'll find the entrance to Trevallan Studio on the left.

Trevallan Studio is situated along the coastal path towards Plaidy, accessible through two points: Plaidy Lane (currently closed to cars due to a landslide) and Chantry Lane. The Studio is positioned at the bottom of Chantry Lane.
